Shipping policy

Where we ship Across India. We do not currently ship internationally.

Dispatch Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation from our facility in Kota, Rajasthan. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery time 3–7 working days depending on your location. Metro cities are typically faster; remote pin codes may take longer.

Shipping charges Free shipping on orders above ₹299. Below that, a flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies and is shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships. If you have not received it within 3 working days of ordering, write to hello@houseofhadoti.com.

Undelivered orders If a courier is unable to deliver after [three] attempts, or the address is incomplete, the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery; redelivery charges may apply.
