Refund policy

We make food in small batches. Please read this before ordering.

Cancellation Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Email hello@houseofhadoti.com or WhatsApp us with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Returns Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns on opened or used packs. This is standard practice for packaged food and is in place for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items We will replace these free of charge, or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

1. Your order number
2. A photograph of the item and the outer packaging
3. A brief description of the problem

An unboxing photograph or video helps us resolve this fastest.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3–5 working days to appear in your account.
